Day 10

Do you ever have a day that is just completely jam packed full of good things, but yet, it's just jam packed, and you barely have time to eat or think? That was today. I opened up the shop and had a very solid service with Katie Butala. For those of you who may not know Katie, get to know her! She is an exceptionally hard worker, very quick and thorough in all she does, very charming and kind to customers and always on task and gettin' after it! So we did work, and then I headed out to get some supplies for the shop Downtown and Uptown. After running those errands, I needed to get ready for leading worship at a monthly gathering that happens at the Liberty Theater called YP, which stands for Young Professionals. This is a ministry of Foursquare church in Puyallup. It is targeted at reaching the demographic that is post college to 35. Check it out, it's the first Wednesday of each month at 7PM again at the Liberty Theater in Downtown Puyallup.
My exercise for the day was 60 push ups and 60 sit ups and then playing music for 3 hours. I ate fairly light since I didn't do any heavy cardio. Tomorrow, Jonesy and I will be back at it with another training session and then again on Saturday. I'll be checking in with my nutritionist, Leah, this Sunday and will be picking her brain on some new food ideas, and having her check to see if I'm eating a balanced diet or not. She really got me kick started with a meal plan that was easy to stick to and surprisingly filling.
